Order Processing Time
We do our best to prepare and ship every order as quickly as possible. Please allow approximately 3 business days or more for processing before shipment.
Each order is carefully prepared and packaged. Processing times may be longer during busy seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping:

Order Tracking
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours, please contact us.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, they are responsible for its delivery.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing, please contact the carrier to open an investigation.
We will gladly assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
