Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped the next business day.
Handmade items require careful packaging, but we always make sure your order leaves our studio within one business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Within the United States:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
International Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Please note: Carrier delays, weather conditions, and holidays may affect delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours, please contact us.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, they are responsible for its delivery.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing, please contact the carrier to open an investigation.
